While browsing the pastry department at our local grocery store, my eye was immediately caught by these two delectable desserts sitting one next to the other in the display case. I thought they’d be delicious and bought them. When I got home, however, I thought that if I made a painting of them they’d be even more delectable. Unfortunately, by the time I finished the painting, they were no longer edible.
Description:
Two luscious desserts, a fruit tart topped with strawberries and blueberries, and a fat chocolate eclair, stuffed with whipped cream and a cherry on top. They are resting on a beautifully veined marble cutting board against a stark black background.
